Through comprehensive data analysis of the businesses and residents along the East Jefferson Corridor, D3 aims to reveal the area’s market and economic development potential. The result will be a profile of demographic and business characteristics that might sustain community development and long-term retail and commercial stability. The research will serve as a basis for understanding and encouraging future development along the corridor.
