M1 Rail Project Neighborhood Indicators Benchmarks

As Detroit plans for light rail along the Woodward Corridor, Data Driven Detroit provides technical assistance to the M1 Rail project.  D3′s assistance includes analyses of current demographic, socioeconomic, housing, land use, workforce, and business establishment data.  These analyses assist in current planning efforts, and provide a benchmark for future evaluation of the impact of light rail along the corridor.
